• Issue: Appliance was started with laundry in the drum causing the drum sensor to incorrectly calibrate the load weight
  • 1. To reset the drum load zero point:
    • Unload the machine
    • Switch washer-dryer off and leave the door open
    • Switch the machine on
    • Turn the programme selector to 'Cottons'
    • Press and hold the 'Load/Dispensing' button until the display shows: 'Zero point setting OK'
