• Issue: Load sensor is incorrect
  • 1. To remove the error, rotate the drum once. If the error message does not disappear, reset the zero point as follows:
    • Unload the machine
    • Switch washer-dryer off and leave the door open
    • Switch the machine on
    • Turn the programme selector to 'Cottons'
    • Press and hold the Load/Dispensing button until the display shows: 'Zero point setting OK'
    To avoid this error in the future, follow the instructions for loading the drum in your manual.
