• Issue: Washing machine not filling or filling slowly
  • 1. Check the water supply to the machine, the tap which the inlet hose is attached to may be in the off position. Turn the tap on (also see the “Connecting to the water supply” topic for further information).

    If the problem persists, check the water inlet hose for twists and kinks that may be restricting the water flow.
    If the problem remains, please use our online service to book a repair visit.
