    Rubber marks can be difficult to remove from your washing. Here is a general piece of advice, but always check the user manual for specific recommendations on your appliance.
  • 1. There are a few possible reasons for the garments coming out damaged with rubber marks.

    The machine may have been overloaded, overloading the machine will push garments up against the rubber seal of the drum causing marks. Garments may get trapped between the door seal and the drum which creates friction when the machine starts to spin.

    To avoid re-occurrence of these marks, do not overload the machine.
