• Issue: Problem with the power supply
  • 1. Try plugging another device into the mains socket, if the new device does not work then the problem is with the mains supply to that socket. If the new device works OK then the problem is with the washing machine. After at least 30 seconds, plug the washing machine back into the socket and try a wash cycle.
