• Issue: Voltage to the machine too low
  • 1. The voltage supplied to the machine is too low. This can be caused by the machine being plugged into an extension socket or an ungrounded socket. Try plugging the machine into another socket. Resetting the machine may clear the error.

    1. Remove the mains plug from the socket for 30 seconds
    2. Plug it back in again
    Never use an extension socket for washing machines, tumble dryers, fridge freezers or dishwashers.
