Waterproof system activated
Issue: The appliances waterproof system has been activated.
1. • Close the water inlet.
• Disconnect the appliance from the mains (only then will the drain pump stop running).
• Remove the laundry from the drum by means of the emergency release:
— Open the drain pump flap, see Fig. (1).
— Use a screwdriver to unlock the door of the machine, see Fig. (2).
Caution!
Reaching into a moving drum is extremely dangerous.
Always make sure that the drum is stationary before reaching in to remove laundry.
— Pull open the door.
• Once you have removed the laundry, please use our online service to book a repair visit.
