dE — Door open error
Issue: Door switch failure
1. Check that the door is closed when the programme is started, ensure that the drum isn't overloaded (the load should be less than 80% of the drum capacity) and isn't pushing against the door. Unplug the device from the mains supply for 60 seconds, plug it back in and try the programme again.
