How to find your model number (E-Nr)

You will need the model number (E-Nr) of your appliance to order any spare parts or to seek specialist advice. The model number (E-Nr) should be in your user manual, but the guide below should help you to locate the number on the appliance itself.
1. There will be a label inside the appliance, most likely as shown.
If you have misplaced or lost your user manual, you can download a replacement manual. Please have your model number (E-Nr) to hand.
