Issue: The door is not closed
1. If the error code is displayed after pressing the start button and the door is properly closed, it may be a software problem.
Reset the tumble dryer by unplugging it from the mains socket for 30 seconds then plug it back in again.
If the problem remains, please use our online service to book a repair visit.
