• Issue: Water drainage fault F11 and potential water in wash cabinet
  • 1. Water is leaking and collecting at the bottom of the dishwasher. Turn off the water supply.

    Water may be leaking back into the system from the drain hose, ensure the drain hose is fitted correctly to the waste pipe system (see “Connecting your dishwasher to the drain” topic for more information).

    Check the drain hose, make sure itʼs not kinked or twisted. Ensure there are no blockages in the drain hose.

    The filter may be blocked, take the filter apart and clean all the elements (see ”Cleaning the filter” topic for more information). Examine the filter area for any heavy soiling and remove if present. Replace all the filter elements.
