• Issue: The load in the drum is detected as being unbalanced or the appliance is not level.
  • 1. This error is due to the load in the drum being unevenly distributed, tangled or too small. Or the appliance not being level.If you distribute the load evenly, the appliance has been checked to be level and you still get the error, there may be a problem with the motor or the main PCB.
