My washing is being damaged or torn

There are a number of reasons that your clothing could be getting damaged during a wash cycle, here a few examples but always check the user manual for specific recommendations on your appliance.

The machine may have been overloaded causing garments to get trapped between the door seal and the drum which creates friction when the machine starts to spin. Check you are using the correct programme. Different wash cycle programmes are designed to care for specific garment types, using the wrong programme could result in damage to your washing.
Check you are using the right detergent for your clothes. Biological washing powders contain enzymes that break help to break down organic stains.
