• Issue: Pre-set water level not reached
  • 1. Pre-set water level not reached after 10 minutes or normal level within 25 minutes since inlet valve operated. Check the water supply through the water inlet pipe, ensure the water supply is free flowing and the tap is not shut off or frozen, the pipe is not kinked or blocked. Inspect the inlet valves on the back of the machine for blockages. Check the detergent dispenser isn't clogged.
