• Issue: There is a problem with the freezer fan
  • 1. If the fan is blocked or not running efficiently, the appliance will not be able to get down to operating temperature. The appliance will need to be defrosted. After the unit has defrosted and has run back up to temperature, if you still get this error then you will need to use our online service to book a repair visit.
