• Please make sure you follow these instructions fully. If you have any problems with carrying out this maintenance, please contact us.

Always make sure that you switch off the electric supply to your ‘fridge freezer before you start any maintenance.

Your fridge may have a drain-hole inside on the rear panel; this helps to allow any excess water to drain away, keeping the fridge ‘frost-free’. The drain hole must be kept clean to ensure that the appliance can drain correctly, stopping water from collecting inside. Check your user manual for the specific details on your appliance.
  • 1. Make sure that you regularly check for any excess build up of debris, frost or water in the fridge compartment water collection channel or drain hole. If there is any blockage, clear it with a suitable plastic or wooden tool which will not damage the appliance.
  • 2. Your appliance may have been supplied with a small tool to push into the drain hole to clean any blockages and help any collected water drain freely.
  • If you have misplaced or lost your user manual, you can access a link to download a replacement manual from the bottom of the home page (please have your model number to hand).
