• Issue: The washing machine is leaking or there is water in the base plate.
  • 1. Either the washing machine filter is blocked (see the topic ”Cleaning the pump filter” for more information) or the water inlet hose is twisted, blocked or kinked. Check the water inlet tap is switched on.
