    You will need the model number (E-Nr) of your appliance to order any spare parts or to seek specialist advice. The model number (E-Nr) should be in your user manual, but the guide below should help you to locate the number on the appliance itself.
  • 1. The serial number will normally be located on a sticker on the appliance itself in one of the locations as shown. Alternatively, it may be on the back of the tumble dryer or under the bottom plinth kick-plate if your appliance is a condenser model.
  • If you have misplaced or lost your user manual, you can download a replacement manual. Please have your model number (E-Nr) to hand.
